The sequel to the successful comedy follows the continuing stories of Veronika and Klára as they once again face new life challenges, family relationships, and matters of the heart. Klára and Štanci struggle to adapt to living under one roof with an uncompromising mother-in-law, while Veronika, disappointed in love, heads to Zemplínska Šírava with her friends. There, their girls’ getaway turns into a whirlwind of humour, unexpected encounters, and situations that feel strikingly close to everyday life. The film remains true to its signature Eastern Slovak humour, authentic characters, and the distinctive atmosphere of eastern Slovakia.

Although the filmmakers originally considered filming at Domaša, they ultimately chose Zemplínska Šírava, where around 90% of the movie was shot. The summer atmosphere of the reservoir became one of the film’s defining backdrops. The amphitheatre at Zemplínska Šírava also hosted the opening of the popular Kavej Fest tour on 17 July 2026. The Košice event attracted approximately 3,000 visitors. The film was released in cinemas on 23 July 2026.
